IPTV Buffering Diagnostic

Run a real connection check and answer a few quick questions to narrow down what's likely causing your buffering.

Step 1: Connection check

How this works

The connection check measures real latency, jitter, and download speed to our server. Combined with your answers about how you're connected and what you've already tried, we give you a likely explanation rather than a guess.

Limitations

This tool can't see your specific IPTV provider's servers or the stream you're watching. It narrows down whether the problem is likely your connection, your WiFi, or something outside what we can measure.

Frequently asked questions

Can this tell me if my IPTV provider is the problem?

Not directly. This checks your connection to our server and asks about your setup, but it can't test your specific provider's servers. If your connection checks out fine and buffering continues, that points toward the provider or the stream itself.

Why does WiFi vs Ethernet matter?

WiFi is more prone to interference, distance-related signal loss, and congestion from other devices. A wired Ethernet connection is generally more stable for streaming.

I restarted everything and it's still buffering

If restarting your device, app, and router doesn't help and your connection test looks fine, the issue is more likely on the provider's side or with the specific stream you're watching.
