These terms apply when you create an account or purchase a subscription from UKProviderNow, operating at https://ukprovidernow.com. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The service

UKProviderNow provides access to an IPTV subscription for a fixed plan length. Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Content preference, VOD inclusion, and device allowance are configured based on the choices you make during checkout.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Payment

Prices are shown before you confirm your order. Extra devices and any optional add-ons are calculated and shown before payment. The server-calculated total is final — figures shown in your browser are always recalculated on our side before an order is created.

Device compatibility

We confirm compatible devices and apps during setup based on what you tell us. We don't guarantee that every device or app will work indefinitely, since third-party apps and app stores can change independently of us.

Acceptable use

Your subscription is for personal use. Reselling, sharing account access outside your own household, or using the service in a way that disrupts it for other customers may result in suspension.
